Megaplexus provides customers with dedicated team of engineers who work together to proactively manage your network. Each customer is assigned a primary engineer, who will work with you on a prescheduled basis to maintain your systems, and help users with computer/phone related issues. To ensure the same level of service a second engineer is assigned to you, on a less frequent basis to understand your needs and to create redundancy.

Your dedicated team then meets on a weekly basis to discuss various issues, and to provide standardized solutions, thereby creating a trouble free network.
