We at MegaPlexus believe in a different style of account management. We do not want you in the middle of finger pointing match amongst different vendors or departments. That is why each customer is assigned a primary engineer who will work with you as the account manager. This account manager remains with you from inception all the way to maintaining and support of the systems. This deep understanding of the infrastructure in place will help in faster resolution of any technical issue. The primary responsibilities of each account manager is including but not limited to,
- Consult with clients to prioritize their investments to meet any sized budget.
- Consult with clients on proven best practices
- Develop strategic roadmap for each project
- Hardware/Software recommendations, procurement, and coordination
- Implementing timelines
- Consistent communication
- Clear expectation setting
